Zylo is looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to help triple sales pipeline to achieve audacious goals with some of the best customers in the world. We already have some of the best companies as customers, including Nike, Slack and more. Now it’s your turn to generate more opportunities to expand our impact to help companies be able to discover, track, manage, and govern all of their SaaS applications in one place.
What you will do:
Enjoy the hunt and be excited by building and growing the pipeline of business Focus on Customer First by being the voice of Zylo through researching, generating, prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling to customers Dream Big, Grow Smart by learning about key personas and the various lines of business and industries that could benefit in ROI from Zylo Navigate through organizations with discovery by identifying and speaking to the necessary decision makers Cultivate Trust by seamlessly handing off the qualified pipeline to support our Account Executive team Accurately track customer interactions and information in Salesforce Approach senior executives both on the phone and via email Consistently hit or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas What you will need:
1+ year of relevant experience and proven success in a customer service/sales, SaaS, or IT environment High sense of urgency, experience managing multiple motions and the ability to multitask Ability to collaborate in a distributed team; self-manage critical tasks and complete 100+ daily activities while working remotely Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creating an excellent customer experience starting with the first interaction Actively seek and implement feedback Thrive on change while remaining optimistic and coachable Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Passion for Software as a Service and the value we can provide to our customers Nice to have:
Sold into or relationship management with IT personas Proficient in computer systems (GSuite, Microsoft Office software, CRM) Experience being held to metrics
