What you'll be doing + Work in a wide variety of domains: life science, medical, aerospace, finance, heavy machinery (did we mention we have a lot of variety!?) Work in cross-functional teams to build client products + Work with your product team and client to learn, research, discover, build and deliver great software experiences + Plan, coordinate, and implement generative and evaluative research initiatives + Guide team members with effective experience design activities during all stages of the project + Maintain the project momentum through timely communication and problem solving with all stakeholders + Deepen UX awareness and expertise of cross-functional team members, designers, and client + Help your team, client, and SEP constantly get better
