Senior Back-end Software Developer (Ruby-on-Rails)
What you’ll do: You’ll be part of a great team who are continuously advance our industry-leading mobility management product for the Enterprise marketplace. They’re focused on software development competencies, including: MVC architecture, database design and performance, API integrations, automated testing, security, and more. The work is varied and will be focused on building reusable code that meets acceptance criteria and coverage. You’ll be contributing to discussions on application improvements, project initiatives, feature design, and optimizing the application for maximum speed, security, reliability, and scalability. We work in an Agile-ish environment, it’s fast-paced and we’re always looking for the small wins that deliver high impact and value to our users. This is a Senior-level role within the team so you can flex your mentoring skills to others on the team, getting involved with peer reviews of team members’ code submissions, providing constructive feedback to advance the collective benefit of the unit.
Where you’ll work: We have an office in Indianapolis (6100 W 96th St #200), but this role can also be remote.
