Software Engineer at The Juice

$70,000 - $100,000

About The Juice:

The Juice is reinventing the B2B Content Marketing landscape, putting content consumers front and center.

The Juice collects, consolidates, and curates insightful resources from across the internet into a single platform where members can organize, share, and enjoy content curated for them without ever having to fill out a form.

While much of the best educational content for professionals is produced by brands, the experience of consuming this content has traditionally been terrible, with gated content forms followed by the inevitable pummeling of unwanted sales pitches. The Juice puts content consumers in control of how and when they engage with brands, while augmenting the impact and audience for brands that produce quality content.

About this role:

You’ll work closely with the product and engineering teams while reporting directly to our CTO.

The Juice is based in Indianapolis, but open to remote employees.

  • Pursue ongoing professional development to develop engineering skills

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years professional development experience
  • Significant hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails with some front-end experience
  • Someone with strong communication skills to connect with a small, early-stage team
  • Desire to listen, understand the “why” behind engineering tasks, and push back when something doesn’t make sense
  • Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow

What We Value:

We demand the best from ourselves, our team, and our partners. We create the context for success by providing the appropriate resources, infrastructure, training, and mentorship required to win.

High Alpha is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company. We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
