Overview: Zylo is looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our team to help revolutionize how SaaS is managed. You will be focused on listening to customers, analyzing data, monitoring the cloud landscape, understanding how our customer success teams drive value, partnering with Design & Engineering, owning strategic product initiatives and prioritizing work that needs to get done. You will work cross-functionally with every part of the Zylo organization to understand and create product requirements, execute a plan, ship products and always listen to customers. A Product Manager at Zylo needs to be able to make wise decisions quickly, collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, communicate clearly with customers, continually drive improvements to the product process, think big, challenge the norms & current thinking and be ready to ship a ton of software.
What you will do: Interact with customers, prospects, partners, and internal Zylo stakeholders and teams to collaborate and ideate on how and and where Zylo brings value Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers & UX and Data Scientists to bring the best product to our customers Have ownership of large parts of the Zylo app and strategic product objectives, managing the backlog and prioritizing what gets built next. Build and maintain a roadmap that tackles high-value opportunities Work directly with the User Experience & Design team to create product designs Write product requirements and collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize the work Partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success for product and feature roll outs Work with key product partners such as Workday, Slack, Coupa, Salesforce and Okta in order to build API & data driven solutions that provide value to our joint customers
What you will need: 5+ years as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company Proven experience in driving integrations of third party SaaS products and APIs from a technical perspective Client-facing with external customers and working with internal teams (development, UX, design) Data-driven mentality
Nice to have: Passion for the cloud with previous experience working with or for a cloud-focused company An experienced understanding of the product development process from idea to discovery to build and launch in an fast-paced changing environment Previous experience in software or IT asset management or SaaS Management a plus
